The Access List Editor is used to edit access lists. We don't have
the original text from the ALE web pages, so we've put up the
distribution files.
The files are:
alereadme.txt - directions on how to install and run the access list editor.
accessedit.zip - a zip file containing the access list editor files.
accessedit.tar - a tar file containing the access list editor files.
